Stay at the Heart of Dartmoor Reach Alpaca Farm

New for 2026 and tucked away on its own private one-acre plot, our bungalow at Dartmoor Reach Alpaca Farm offers a peaceful countryside escape surrounded by nature, fresh air, and wide open skies.

Before the Dartmoor Reach fully came to life, this bungalow was the first home of Natalie and Josh. They lived here while building their dream straw bale house, which was completed in 2025. The bungalow holds many happy memories from those early days of creating the farm, watching the land transform, and welcoming the very first alpacas and glamping guests.

Now lovingly renovated, the bungalow has been prepared to welcome guests so others can enjoy the same sense of peace and space that Natalie and Josh experienced when they first arrived.

Outside, you’ll find a large private garden where you can relax and take in the quiet countryside surroundings. The private deck area features a picnic bench and fire pit, making it the perfect place to unwind in the evenings, watch the sunset, and enjoy Dartmoor’s starry skies. Logs are available to purchase if you’d like to light the fire pit.

Inside, the bungalow is simple, comfortable, and well equipped with cutlery, plates, pots, and pans, so you have everything you need for your stay. Bed linen and towels are included.

Whether you’re visiting to explore Dartmoor, relax in nature, or experience life on an alpaca farm, the bungalow offers a quiet retreat with a special story at its heart.
